Eric Flodine
Board Member
Eric Flodine holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He also holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He also earned a Leadership North County certificate from California State University, San Marcos. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in California. Eric is the Director of Community Development for a San Diego based real estate investment and development company.
Eric actively engages in local civic responsibility. He served on the San Marcos Planning Commission for thirteen years including multiple years as Chairman. He has volunteered several years and actively supports the San Marcos Boys and Girls Club. He is an active member of the Palomar College Independent Citizens Oversight Committee which is tasked with reviewing expenditure of funds from general obligation bonds for Palomar College projects.
Although Eric did not personally serve in the military, his grandfathers served in the Army and Navy during WWII, and his uncle served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Eric has a deep rooted respect and admiration for active and veteran military members and their families, and is honored to be part of Wounded Warrior Homes to give back to those who give so much for the USA.
