Mens Transitional Program
A stable place to reset, rebuild, and move forward.
Our Men’s Transitional Housing Program provides safe, structured housing for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We help veterans regain stability while working toward long-term independence—through case management, referrals, and a community that understands military life.
What we do
We offer more than a bed. We provide a foundation—so veterans can focus on the next steps: employment, health, benefits, and permanent housing.
Residents receive support in building routines, setting goals, and accessing community resources that strengthen their path forward.

Preparing Veterans for a Smooth Transition
Our Men’s Transitional Housing Program provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for veterans who are working toward rebuilding their lives. Located in North San Diego County, the program offers stable housing where veterans can focus on healing, personal growth, and preparing for long-term independence.
To maintain a supportive and stable community, residents must demonstrate a commitment to sobriety prior to entering the program. Applicants are typically required to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle for 90–120 days before admission.
Through stable housing and a supportive environment, our goal is to help veterans regain stability, rebuild confidence, and take meaningful steps toward a successful transition back into civilian life.
