http://www.bbb.org/us/Military/ As a partner in the Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Readiness Campaign, BBB Military Line® brings BBB services to military personnel (including Reservists and National Guard), retirees, DoD civilians, and their families. Through Memoranda of Understanding with the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, and through status as a Coast Guard Qualified Organization, BBB Military Line offers a variety of free services and consumer education to the military via local BBB outreach as well as on the Internet.
http://freedomdogs.org/ Our mission is to provide short-term periodic use of Specialty Service Dog teams as well as custom-trained service dogs trained from puppy to adulthood for permanent placement with disabled military persons.
http://www.ourforgottenwarriors.org/ “Our Forgotten Warriors” provides short-term, structured housing for active duty service members and veterans who recently sustained emotional and cognitive injuries in the line of duty, and are subsequently unable to reintegrate into the community.

The following websites provide information on Veterans benefits and how to file/ask for them. There are many sites that explain how to obtain books, military/medical records, information and appeal denied claims with the VA.
Please pass this information on to every Veteran you know. Nearly 100% of this information is free and it’s available for all Veterans, but the only catch is you have to ask for it; you won’t be told about a specific benefit unless you ask about it. You need to know what questions to ask so the right doors open for you and then be ready to have an advocate who’s willing to work with and for you, stay in the process, and press for your rights and your best interests.
